Wood Merchant Ordering Information

Due to the one of a kind nature of our product, we take orders via telephone or in person only.  Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss options and prices for any custom furnishings, accessories or architectural accents.  

If you live in or are visiting the Southwest Missouri (Branson) area, we recommend setting up an appointment to visit our Design Studio prior to placing your order.  This will allow you to look over and help select the raw materials for your one of a kind creation.  Visiting our Design Studio also allows you to browse over the finished pieces on hand and see if something you like has already been created.

Once we have completed your custom order, we will mail or e-mail a photo of the finished product for your approval.  Upon approval a 50% deposit is required to hold your product up to 30 days.  The product will be packaged and shipped or held for pick up at our Design Studio.  Full payment (less any previous deposit) is due at the time of pick up or prior to delivery of the product.

The Wood Merchant shall design and create quality, one of a kind, custom furniture and accents at a fair price for our clients by providing superior customer service throughout the design and production process, and after the sale; while, at the same time, providing a safe and positive environment for our employees and clients alike.  We will actively promote diversity in the workplace through hiring practices, constant refining of design and production techniques, and business diversification.

The Wood Merchant gives an unconditional one year warranty from the date of purchase on all products covering defects in materials or workmanship resulting from normal use for which the product was designed.  The warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect or use of the product in a manner for which it was not designed.  If you are dissatisfied with any product please contact us for options to repair or replace the product.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
